No all equipment is supplied, however if you prefer to bring your own mat that’s fine
Whenever you are ready to try a class , because my classes don’t run in terms.
Thats fine, your money is moved across to the next week or you can do another class in replacement I run 13 each week
Yes, the class is structured so that you can go at your own pace, we have a free 15 minute 1-1 introduction before you join the class to go over the basics and answer any of your questions and concerns. I always give alternative ways for the more challenging moves.
Except for the two over 50s classes, all of the other classes age between 25-65, women and men
£7.50 per class, and you pay for a course of 4 classes at a time which is £30. I try to make the classes affordable and flexible so that it is accessible to anyone.
